Return Policy

Shop with confidence with us. Vintage Jewelry and Accessories, unless otherwise noted, can be returned to us for store credit via gift card. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving item(s) and item(s) must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving item(s). We do not reimburse for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages during the return shipping process. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. 

Special and custom orders from Ciner NY are not returnable. These items are handmade for each individual client and are custom made. If your item is not to your liking, please contact us and we will try and amend the situation. 

Special clients and unique items... We love the thrill of finding the perfect vintage or designer item. We understand that many times these pieces are one of a kind or cannot be easily replaced. We work hard to ensure a first class buying experience from start to finish.

All items are shipped USPS with tracking. We also offer Route Shipping Insurance for a small fee at checkout. Route protects your order if it is substantially delayed or arrives damaged. If something is received broken or damaged you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and you must provide photos of broken or damaged items and packaging. All our items are wrapped in bubble wrap, a jewelry box, and mailed in a crush proof mailing box to ensure safe arrival to you.
